We only accept happy
and non-aggressive dogs, cats, and owners here at the Plush Pooch. Please understand that this is for the
benefit of all the guests staying with us.
A disruptive guest throws every ones game off.
Reservations are always required, and we expect a
minimum of 72 hours cancellation notice.
This allows us to re-book your slot.
The computer will keep track of your late cancellations or
no-shows. If more than two happen, you
will be required to pay for the full stay in advance with no refunds.
You may bring your
own food, blankets, bed, toys (except tennis balls). Please have everything labeled with your
name. We do occasionally do have
destroyed or lost items, so be sure not to bring anything that can not be lost,
we will not be responsible for any lost or destroyed item.
We clean each run as often as necessary so our staff
has many opportunities to recognize special needs or potential problems should
they arise. If your pet becomes injured
or falls ill, after assessing the situation, we will try to reach you or your
emergency contact. If we decide that
medical treatment is necessary, we will contact our local veterinarian. For after hours emergencies, we have access
to emergency clinics. You will be
responsible for any and all vet bills
